Although there are many people teaching Powertex the instructors listed on this page have gone though an approval process. We have made sure that they understand the technical aspects of the product and we keep them up-to-date on new techniques.

Artists using Powertex
-
Susan Farace - Baltimore, Md
I have been creating as far back as I can remember, however, more recently I have been working with Polymer Clay. When I discovered textile hardeners, more specifically Powertex my crafting world changed forever! With this medium I can do almost anything. I can paint with it, create figurative sculptures, make some easy and fun garden figures, I can not imagine a crafting session without it! I teach and sell my work at Crafter's Cafe, in Baltimore Maryland and also online at Mixedmediaartmall.com.
If you are looking to learn a new art form or just like to play around crafting this is the product for you.

Regine Dossche - Orlando, FL
Regine was born and raised in Belgium and resides in Florida since 2006.
She received formal art training at the Art Academy in Belgium and has studied with nationally known watercolor artists.
She also got interested in making sculptures with self hardened clay.
In the summer of 2007 she came in contact with Brigitte Grade, a wonderful Belgian Artist, creator of Powertex, and the trendsetter in the development of new techniques with textile hardening products.
In that workshop (together with her daughter Valerie), a complete new world revealed and they became very prolific and created extraordinary artwork with the Powertexproducts.
An exhibition was organized to introduce the new creations to artists and the public.
Regine received her certification as a powertexinstructor and is looking forward to introduce you all in the wonderful world of Powertex.
Regine enjoys her new found freedom that Powertex offers and is now creating a great variety of new art pieces.
